What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

I entered the wrong address/size… can I change it?
If this happens, please contact our support team [HERE] immediately.

  • Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours after purchase.
  • After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee changes since the order may already be processed or shipped.

We’ll do our best to help you, but once the package has shipped, no further changes can be made. In that case, you may still use our return/exchange policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through the secure Shopify Payments system and PayPal.

Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal. Both platforms handle billions of dollars every year with high-level encryption. We never store or access your financial details.

How do I use a discount code or voucher?
You can enter your code during checkout. Please note:

  • Only one discount code can be applied per order.
  • Discount codes do not apply to already discounted items.

Codes are usually shared via our email newsletter or given to loyal customers.

Where do your products come from?
Depending on the product:

  • Some items (such as canvas and dog tag) are printed and shipped from the USA.
  • Others are produced and shipped by our trusted international partners.

We always choose the best solution for price, speed, and quality to serve our customers.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and items ordered. The fee will always be shown before you complete payment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Please note: Some countries may charge customs duties or import fees. We are not responsible for covering these charges.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email within 2–5 days after your order ships.

  • If tracking doesn’t update immediately, don’t worry — it may take 5–7 days to appear in the carrier’s system.

How long does shipping take?

  • Production/processing time: about 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery time: usually 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and the product type.

Some products may arrive separately, as they may ship from different suppliers.

If your order is delayed beyond 20 business days, please contact us.
In rare cases of lost packages, we offer a refund or replacement.

What is your return/exchange policy?

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days for eligible items.
  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • We do not refund shipping costs or return fees.
  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (banks usually take 3–5 business days to process).

What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?
We’re very sorry if this happens! Please contact our support team immediately.

  • We may ask for photos of the product for verification.
  • If approved, you must return the item in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
  • Shipping and return fees are not refundable.

Note: If the product matches your order and is not defective, we cannot accept a return.
